The movie "Yamasong: March of the Hollows" will be screening at the Bristol Festival of Puppetry, UK, on September 10th!

Before the premiere of Yamasong: March of the Hollows, the director Sam Koji Hale will be at the Bristol Festival of Puppetry in person to reveal the art and processes of bringing puppets to life on screen, from concept art through fabrication to the finished film.

This fantasy puppet movie brought to us by Mighty Pug Studio and Dark Dunes Productions is directed by Sam Koji Hale.

It is also produced by him and Toby Froud. Executive Producers are Heather B. Henson, Sultan Saeed al Darmaki and Mallory O'Meara,

starring Whoopi Goldberg, Nathan Fillion, Abigail Breslin, George Takei, Freida Pinto, Bruce Davison, Malcolm McDowell, Peter Weller and Ed Asner.

Yamasong talks about an automated girl and a tortoise warrior journey with a band of outlaws on an incredible quest. Their one hope is to find a legendary relic to defeat a sinister mechanized army and save the creatures of their world.

In 2015, Yvette got hired to build the Hollows Temple prop for the movie. It took her 3 month to complete the task, before the piece could enter the studio in Los Angeles.
